Resumo

O presente artigo tem por objetivo realizar algumas reflexões sobre as representações que a casa própria tem na atual sociedade brasileira, buscando compreender seu contexto político, econômico e social, além de seus princípios fundadores. Tal reflexão se faz importante, pois, em nossa sociedade, a necessidade de obter a moradia se sobrepõe à necessidade de morar, de maneira tal que ter a casa própria carrega em si diversas representações e significados, tornando-se “naturais”. Por isso, buscaremos compreender que o método dialético nos permite ultrapassar essa pseudoconcreticidade (Kosik, 2006), de maneira que possamos compreender os direitos de possecomo princípios fundadores do conceito de “casa própria”.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to make some reflections about the representations that home ownership  has in the current Brazilian society, seeking to understand its political, economic and social context, in addition to its founding principles. Such reflection becomes important because, in our society, the need to obtain housing overlaps with the need to live in such a way that having the home itself carries diverse representations and meanings, becoming "natural." Therefore, we will try to understand that the dialectical method allows us to overcome this pseudoconcreticity (Kosik, 2006), so that we can understand the rights of the founding principles of the concept of "home ownership".
